Privacy Policy

We appreciate you visiting one of Iver’s websites. Your personal integrity and the information you share is important to us, which is why we want you to be aware of and understand how we use and protect the information we collect about you.

The personal data that Iver collects is limited to contact details. This website also collects and stores certain information automatically, using cookies. For further information on how this data is processed, see our Cookies Policy.

We collect the data to provide you with one of the services provided by Iver or its third-party suppliers, such as product information requested, newsletters, seminars, conferences, or events.

Iver has implemented the reasonable technical and organisational security measures required to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, or destruction.

We store your personal data for the duration of your relationship with us, and we retain your information only for as long as is needed for the purposes for which it was collected. The data is stored by Iver or by one of our partners who has been engaged to support our commercial activities. Iver requires our partners to apply at least the same level of IT security as we, ourselves, use to protect your personal data.

The lawful basis for our processing of your personal data is consent (newsletters and events) and a legitimate interest in developing the website’s functions and content.

Iver may share personal data with service providers who we use to carry out services on our behalf, such as suppliers who administer registrations for events and seminars. These suppliers are contractually prevented from making use of or sharing the data above and beyond what is necessary in providing their services to us or to comply with legislative requirements.

If Iver shares your personal data with any third party in accordance with the terms of this personal data policy, and your personal data may potentially be transferred to a nation state that is not a member of the EU or EEA, or regarded by the European Commission as ensuring sufficient protection for personal data, Iver will only complete this type of data transfer in the presence of adequate guarantees, such as binding company policies, standardised contract clauses, approved codes of conduct, or an approved certification mechanism.

If you have any questions, comments, or complaints with regard to Iver’s processing of personal data, please contact our Data Protection Officer: dataskyddsombud@iver.se.

If you would like us to delete your personal data, or if you no longer wish to receive communications from us for marketing purposes, please contact dataskyddsombud@iver.se.

Please note that we may retain certain fundamental information in order to avoid sending you unwanted material in future and in order to save documentation of your requests and our responses.

Iver is the Data Controller for the processing of your personal data, as described above.
