Your opinions are valuable to us; therefore, we ask questions related to the services that we deliver as well as your experiences of interactions between us. We use the results from the survey to and improve ourselves and our services and to achieve an even better level of service to our customers. We have collected the above-mentioned information from you in connection with our contractual relationship with you, your employer, or client who has a contractual relationship with Iver.
Purpose and legal basis for treatment
If you have, or in the last twelve (12) months have had a customer relationship with Iver, or are an employee/contractor of our customer, processing of your personal data for the purpose of this survey thus, will be based on legitimate interest as legal ground.
Iver processes data about our customers, customers' employees, or customers contractors, for accounting purposes. For example, regarding invoicing or payment for our services. However, this processing is based on a legal obligation according to the Accounting Act.
Transfer of data to third countries
No transfer of personal data takes place.

At Iver, we consider the basic principles of the Data Protection Regulation as core of compliance. We have therefore taken adequate security measures to protect the personal data that is processed.
Your rights
In accordance with current data protection legislation, you have the right to access information about processing of personal data that we process about you and the right to request correction of your personal data.
Under certain conditions, you also have the right to request deletion or limit processing of your personal data or to object to our processing. You also have the right, under certain conditions, to obtain the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured form.
