The Norwegian Association of the Disabled extends its agreement with Iver, focusing on scalability and ongoing digitalisation

9 September 2021 / Press release

The Norwegian Association of the Disabled (NHF) and Iver have signed a new, multiyear agreement for the provision of IT operating services where the focus is very much on scalability and NHF’s ongoing digitalisation.

The Norwegian Association of the Disabled (NHF) has renegotiated and extended its agreement with Iver for the provision of IT operations and support services. The new agreement gives NHF a modern solution with substantial flexibility and scalability, and will result in Iver effectively functioning as NHF’s IT department, with proactive involvement in NHF’s ongoing digitalisation process. The agreement, which includes both the adaptation of existing services and the introduction of new ones, will entail the continued operation and revitalisation of NHF’s IT environment, including server operation, user administration, networks, licence management, backup services, and service desk and application services.

“NHF is at the forefront of efforts to promote a diverse society in which everyone is equal, and everyone can play a part. NHF knows what works and what discriminates, and NHF’s role is, therefore, to show how we can collectively build a better society for everyone. Our task is to share our experience and expertise with society and act as a driving force in the establishment of beneficial, forward-looking solutions. Iver is the right partner for NHF because our new agreement will enable us both to improve accessibility and to meet the demands made of our operations,” says Anett Jacqueline Kleven, Head of Innovation and Organisational Development at NHF.

“Iver is naturally delighted and very proud of this renewed expression of confidence in us by NHF. Renewed and extended partnerships with our clients are, of course, brilliant proof of our ability to meet our clients’ expectations and requirements, but they are also vital to our continued growth.  Our experience and the continuation of our close partnership with NHF will generate the perfect preconditions for us to provide the right services and solutions and to progress NHF’s ongoing digitalisation,” says Magne Solberg, Regional Manager at Iver.
