Iver has won the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth’s procurement process to provide IT operating services. The Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth is a governmental agency under the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation tasked with promoting sustainable economic and regional growth, as well as carrying out Structural Fund programmes.
The agreement between Iver and the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth covers the delivery of services within infrastructure, system and application operations, IT workplace, communication as well as information and cyber security. The services delivered will focus heavily on further developing the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth’s capabilities within information and cyber security, organisational agility and rapid development. Within these areas, in addition to other services, Iver will deliver cyber security tools and services within SOC containers, CI/CD and DecSecOps.
“The fact that we’ve won the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth’s procurement process and that we continue to strengthen our position as a supplier to the public sector is fully in line with our stated goals. The deal with the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth is further proof that our service offering, focusing on modern technical solutions, innovation as well as information and cyber security, is attractive to large organisations,” says Carl-Magnus Månsson, CEO of Iver.
“The Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth is an agency undergoing continuous growth that has need of dynamic, modern and effective infrastructure. That places a lot of demand on our suppliers to be able to deliver that type of environment and to continue to be a partner who can support us in our growth and bring more value to the organisation,” says Otto Ramirez, Head of IT management and support at the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth.
“The Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth is leading the way in their approach to modern technical solutions and work methods, like containers, CI/CD and DevSecOps – all the areas we’ve focused heavily on the last several years, and which is clear from our large number of deliveries to the private sector. We see a clear trend in terms of the growing interest in this type of service within the public sector, which we obviously consider to be very exciting. We look forward to working closely with the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth and ensuring that they are satisfied and become a longstanding customer,” says Carl-Magnus Månsson.
