Iver recognised as a Career Company for the fourth year in a row

Karriärföretagen annually presents Sweden's most attractive employers with the aim of guiding newly graduated students and young professionals to workplaces with unique career and development opportunities. To be named a Career Company, companies need to meet several basic criteria and are then reviewed by an expert panel consisting of specialists in HR, career counselling and communication. The expert panel rates the employers and those with the highest scores move on to the next stage. Finally, a jury selects the top employers as next year's Career Companies.
