Iver and Blomsterlandet extend a 20-year long partnership

Iver and Blomsterlandet, a Swedish gardening sector chain of companies with 63 outlets from Malmö in the south to Luleå in the north, have signed a new full-service provision agreement for IT operating services. The collaboration, which began over 20 years ago, has now been renewed, thereby extending one of Iver’s longest standing partnerships.
Blomsterlandet, a nationwide Swedish chain with 63 outlets offering a wide range of both plants and home and garden accessories, has extended its IT operating services provision agreement and partnership with Iver. Iver’s current service provision package for Blomsterlandet is a comprehensive one, that includes operating services, a service desk, workplace services, and retail outlet platforms.

Our greatest strength is that we know Blomsterlandet – both the people and the business – inside out. We have worked together to develop customised processes and routines that provide optimum support for the business. One of the ways we do this is through on-site visits to every store, every year, during which we replace equipment and provide training in accordance with a pre-agreed schedule. We also have close and ongoing contact with Blomsterlandet to ensure that projects and our service provision are constantly progressed and improved.
