The acquisition of ELITS is another step forward on Iver’s journey to becoming the leading advisory partner in multi-cloud solutions, with the ability to realise digital transformation and modernise IT infrastructure. The focus is on cloud and security services, and on services with high level regulatory compliance for demanding customers.
“We have accelerated our acquisition rate over the last seven to eight months, and have absolutely identified the right skill sets and the right customer relationships in a number of fantastic companies that complement our existing operations very well. The acquisition of ELITS moves us closer to becoming the market-leading partner in the modernisation of IT infrastructure. This acquisition, coupled with the acquisition of Aztek in April this year and City Network in September last year, expands our skill sets and moves us closer to our goal of becoming the Nordic leader in cloud-based infrastructure and digital transformation, says Carl-Magnus Månsson, CEO at Iver.
“Being part of Iver will accelerate our growth. Our experience of providing IT operations for large organisations with extremely stringent requirements, in combination with expertise in cloud-based infrastructure and new methodologies, will be key components in helping our customers in their digital transformation and agile conversion work. Our offering is a very good fit for Iver’s portfolio and I am looking forward to us working together to take a market-leading position,” says Olle Hasselblad, CEO of ELITS.
“ELITS will initially continue to operate under its own brand, but our close partnership will enable a joint market offering. We will ensure that the respective companies’ clients have immediate access to the full range of our combined skill sets and services, and we are looking forward to a partnership characterised by curiosity and openness to each other’s strengths and abilities. We will be consolidating our positions at existing locations in Sweden, but I am also delighted to welcome ELITS’s German and Canadian teams to Iver. The merger will create excellent opportunities to offer existing staff exciting and technically challenging positions and developmental assignments,” concludes Carl-Magnus Månsson.
