Big win for Iver in ISF’s IT operations procurement process

4 September 2020 / Press release

Iver has signed a 3-year agreement with ISF (the Swedish Social Insurance Inspectorate) as the successful candidate in the ISF IT operations procurement process. The agreement also has an option to extend by a further 2 years.

Iver was the successful candidate in the IT operations procurement process for ISF. ISF is a government supervisory agency that works to ensure an effective social insurance system that operates according to the rule of law, and which is not only sustainable for society but provides security for the individual. ISF scrutinises social insurance benefits through system supervision and efficiency analysis and evaluation. The ISF remit primarily concerns three agencies: the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, the Swedish Pensions Agency, and the Swedish Tax Agency. Iver’s service package for ISF comprises server operations and backup services, client operations, support, and communication. The services are scheduled to go live in the early autumn of 2020.

“We are, of course, delighted by our continued successes in the public sector procurement sphere, and it is important in terms of our ongoing growth. We will now be working to increase ISF’s productivity and efficiency by delivering services with a high degree of accessibility and high-quality support,” says Magnus Furmarker, Regional Manager at Iver.
