”Accelerate at Iver” is here

20 January 2023 / Press Release

Accelerate at Iver is Iver’s dedicated consultancy organisation, with over 300 digitalisation and innovation experts to help existing and new clients maximise the effect of their digital transformation.

After multiple strategic acquisitions of leading consultancy and expertise companies in the fields of cloud-based infrastructure, integration, and system development in Sweden – companies such as ELITS, Mjukvarukraft and Intiro – Iver is now ready to launch its dedicated consultancy organisation under the collective name of Accelerate at Iver. The organisation is also home to Iver’s existing consultancy business and to Aztek, one of Norway’s leading cloud transformation and cloud security consultancy companies. What this all means is that right from the start, the organisation will be home to over 300 digitalisation and innovation experts.

“We increased our acquisition rate and strengthened our advisory and consultative skillsets in 2021 and 2022 through multiple strategic acquisitions of fantastic companies that complement our existing operations extremely well. It’s now time for us to take the next step and bring all the consultant expertise under a single umbrella known as Accelerate at Iver. The idea behind this approach is to help both existing and new clients reap the maximum commercial benefit from the opportunities opened up by modern digital solutions. We will work with our clients to close the gap between aspiration and successful implementation,” says Carl-Magnus Månsson, President & CEO at Iver.

“After some time spent doing the groundwork, we’re now joining all our expertise forces together under a collective name to help our clients reap the benefits of the world of opportunities opened up by modern digital technology. In Accelerate at Iver, we are building an extensive consultancy organisation with a broad offering that will help our clients all the way along their agile journey from strategy, transformation, security, and development and integration to operation and management – a journey that we have chosen to call “digital innovation”. We also want to clearly demonstrate, by using a collective name, that Iver is an attractive workplace for consultants and specialists who want to work both on the absolute cutting edge of technology and with our clients to realise digital opportunities using the latest technology,” says Olle Hasselblad, CEO of Accelerate at Iver in Sweden.

“We’re convinced that we become better by making use of and developing our combined know-how and expertise in a joint organisation where we challenge ourselves to solve complex tasks in a way that develops not only our clients and ourselves as a team and individuals, but also society as a whole. By establishing a dedicated consultancy organisation, we will also become a better full-service provider for our clients and improve the way we ensure the right expertise for the right engagement, and will also become better at sharing expertise internally across Iver as a whole and at establishing the right partnership for every specific client,” concludes Carl-Magnus Månsson.
