Bokusgruppen and Iver have extended their partnership in the form of a new, multiyear agreement that will see Iver provide IT operating, workplace, telephony, and support services going forward. Iver will also, within the framework of the extended agreement, carry out a modernisation of the service provision package and drive the transformation to cloud-based checkout and workplace services.
“We are happy to be continuing our partnership with Iver. The service flexibility and scalability Iver were able to offer creates opportunities for us to further fast-track an already strikingly accelerated journey in the areas of digitalisation and efficiency enhancement,” says Victor Lysell, IT Development Manager at Bokusgruppen.
“We’re obviously proud and delighted to be developing our partnership with and service provision package for Bokusgruppen. Renewed expressions of confidence by our existing customers are incredibly important and the best possible proof that we are living up to our customers’ exacting expectations and requirements. We have the services and understanding of Bokusgruppen’s operations required to successfully support them in their ongoing digitalisation process,” says Christian Karlsson, Regional Manager at Iver.
