And to this day, Eton’s global headquarters are located in the old factory building, dating back to the 1950s. Its luxury, premium quality shirts and accessories reach customers in over 50 countries via the firm’s own official e-store, etonshirts.com, its own-brand stores in New York, London, Stockholm, Malmö, Copenhagen and Frankfurt, and via their retailers.

Eton’s focus, during its IT operating services procurement process, was on identifying a provider who could combine a turnkey IT operating services undertaking with geographical proximity, and who could take on the role of a strategic advisory partner in order to ensure that future initiatives and investments were the right ones for the company. The challenge

Eton had built up a complex infrastructure with numerous integrations over many years, and their operations had outgrown their ERP system. They not only needed to reach a new level of stable IT operations: the entire organisation also needed a better big picture insight into IT and to take their IT environment to the next level.

Iver is now Eton’s turnkey IT operating services provider and their employees are on site at Eton several days a week.
